By accessing or using ECSRIDE ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To use ECSRIDE, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid .edu email address or be affiliated with a participating university
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

ECSRIDE is a platform that connects university community members traveling between campuses and airports. We facilitate connections but do not provide transportation services directly.

Users may either offer rides (as drivers) or request rides (as passengers). All transportation arrangements are made directly between users.

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate trip information and arrive at agreed-upon times
• Treat other users with respect and courtesy
• Follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain valid driver's license and insurance (if offering rides)
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Report any safety concerns or suspicious behavior

• Cost-sharing amounts are displayed before booking and split among passengers
• ECSRIDE charges a service fee for facilitating connections
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Refund policies apply for cancellations made within specified timeframes
• Drivers are responsible for their own vehicle costs, insurance, and taxes

• 24+ hours before: Full refund
• 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund
• Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions

Users may not:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Create fake accounts or provide false information
• Use the Service while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Solicit users for purposes unrelated to ride-sharing
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Share account credentials or transfer accounts

ECSRIDE is a platform for connecting users and is not responsible for the actions of individual users, the condition of vehicles, or any incidents that occur during rides.

Users participate in ride-sharing at their own risk. We encourage all users to verify identities, communicate clearly, and prioritize safety.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the ECSRIDE platform are owned by ECSRIDE Inc. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
